Long time no post

It’s odd how twitter and my regular stuff at GamersWithJobs.com has completely replaced my need to maintain a blog. That and being unbelievably swamped with work.
Layer on the podcast, and I feel like I have really undergone a transformation in how I interact with the web. Dare I call it “2.0?” Blogs are [...]

Best video conference software ever

ooVoo
Mac or PC, quick install. Works on my freaking Macbook AIR for Pete’s sake. Super, amazingly great awesomeness.
That is all.

Ubiquity: The Web. Cooler.

It’s almost a little difficult to describe. Ubiquity is a new project from Mozilla, which ads a command prompt to the web when you hit CTRL-SPACE. Sort of. It lets you do things like grab wikipedia entries, find maps, manage links, etc. even more easily than we already can in the age of [...]

Punctuation

I spend a fair amount of time editing other peoples work, and I tend to be really annoying about punctuation. My business card even says “there’s never a good reason for a semicolon.” I often find myself breaking peoples sentences and paragraphs up, and sometimes (despite my constant invocation to read everything aloud) I [...]

A Sadness.

And my take.

Frozen Grand Central

Coolest thing ever.

(Thanks to Bill Harris)

Too cool for words.

I’m so flabbergasted by this use of the wii remote I can’t even begin to explain it.
